A winegrower's champagne, at a small price considering the vintage, without sugar dosage, with a strong colour and discreet bubbles. A very fruity mouth, on quince with honey, that is surprising !

One then perceives a small oxidative touch, a lot of personality. We say yes for the discovery, like an author's film that has something to say.
