The vine shoots must be properly trained to aerate the foliage and allow the plant to maximize sun exposure. They are therefore lifted and kept upright, separated, and aligned between two wires secured with staples. All of this work is done manually.
In June, flowering lasts for about eight days. Harvest usually takes place around 100 days later.
The vines are trimmed several times throughout the summer. This regular pruning helps remove excess vegetation and regrowth, promoting fruiting and ensuring optimal sunlight for the ideal maturation of the grapes.
The harvest is fast approaching, marking the eagerly awaited moment to gather the fruits of hard work before starting a new year of care and growth.
